The moment life became fragile and meaningful.
At 14 years old, Anthony was diagnosed with a rare desmoid tumor on his right scapula.
He underwent radiation therapy and had to be homeschooled while other kids lived normal lives — birthdays, sports, prom, the ordinary milestones that suddenly meant everything.
Out of 12 people with the same diagnosis, 11 had their tumors return.
Anthony was the only one whose tumor never came back.
That single fact rewired the way he sees life — every relationship, every opportunity, every breath as something to be stewarded, not spent.
